ReEnlistment

Today, Brandon was discharged and enlisted back into the Navy for 6 more years. Brandon has decided to make the Navy a career and retire. As of today, Brandon only has 11 years left in the Navy. We still are not sure where we are going, but sometime between now and Jan. 15th, we will be going to either Guam, Hawaii, or Portsmouth. It was kind of cool because Keegan and I each got recognized today and received certificates for the duties we have as dependents of Active Duty military. Enjoy the pictures.

Who needs a stroller?

I wanted to share these pictures of Keegan eating Portabello Ravioli. He absolutely loved them. I havent really found anything my boy doesnt like, except for bread, but this I thought was very fancy. Obviously he needed a bath after that dinner and he and dad like to lounge on the couch to dry off.
I had to post this video because For some reason Keegan thinks its hilarious to scoot himself around while he is in his high chair. He has been doing this for about a month, but I was never brave enough to take the tray off. Once I did, he got around much quicker. Probably because he was able to build up more momentum. What a funny little guy!

Pumpkin Patch and Big Game Farm

I don't know if everyone is familiar with the show on TLC called Little People Big World, but its about a family who raises their 4 kids on a big farm outside of Portland Oregon. I am a huge fan of the show and thought it would be great to take Keegan to their annual pumpkin patch, since we only live a few hours away. I think I convinced Brandon to take us to a pumpkin patch 3 hours away because there is a Sonic close by! Ha Ha, he was keen on the idea once he found that out. We don't have Sonic in Seattle.
A few weeks later we decided to take Keegan to the Olympic game farm in Sequim, WA to see all the wild animals. It is a drive thru petting zoo with exotic animals like rhinos, tigers, lions, bears, elk and buffalo. The truck and Keegan were covered in slobber by the time we left, but he LOVED it. Here are the pictures of our adventures this!

I did it!

So I did it! I started a blog. I thought this would be the best way for family and friends who are not members of Facebook to keep up with Mr. Keegan and all the adventures our family will be going through in the next coming months. Enjoy!
